Rapid Response Buttons Portal - Add Department and Employee ID fields to Employee bulk upload file

The current Employee bulk upload file (see attached) doesn't include 2 fields available and used in the employees table in the RRB module - Department and Employee ID (note this is the rrb.employee table in the tenant, not the user table in the master db or tenant db). Current template is attached.

Suggest adding these fields to the template and updating the Employee bulk upload function to enable easier addition of this information which is used by some of our key customers like Wynn

Optional Solutioning - de-dupe on Employee ID field (need to consider if other customers are using this as a different field)
