Clients have started to ask for a Mobile app (some Hiltons/Marriotts)
What is our stance on a Mobile App? Is it the same stance across iOS / Android?
Things to consider:
Dev time/effort/cost
Ongoing maintenance/support cost
Other considerations:
Client considerations for putting apps on company phones (any restrictions)?
CS Platform External APIs and ability to send to other apps. Is that something that might be somewhat of a workaround for customers that want a Mobile App (like we post to another app that they use?)
Should we consider enabling an UI flow to support multiple devices for the browser? How do we handle notifications via browser? Is there another way to deliver notifications?
