We include the timestamp of acknowledged alerts and response time in seconds in acknowledged alerts table / export, but not the time of the first button press at that location or # of presses at that location. We store this in the DB though as SourceDateTime and HitCount
Suggestion to estimate adding these 2 fields to the portal and to the export
Suggestion to assess impacts to UI and possible issues with exposing this info:
What does this look like in the UI (table is already cramped)
Do all alert records in prod have the necessary info to show this data?
Do we need to consider scenarios where multiple presses are at the same location and the time shown in the report vs response time?
Does this create a client audit issue with their response time metrics given we base response time on the last press time at a location?
(Alternate might be to store alerts individually but that would be a bigger change)
Would definitely like to see time of original button press included in Acknowledged Notifications table
