add facility Federation status to the Super Admin landing page

On the Super Admin landing page that shows all the clients and facilities in the portal, add a new field (next to Number Of Users, Number Of Devices, etc) that indicates the Federation status of a facility.

From a Support perspective, it is useful to have the CS Portal reflect the Federation status so we don't need to query the SQL db if we want to confirm if a client is federated or not.

The support experience is different for federated and non-federated users and it would be helpful to have a fast, accurate way to confirm Facility federation status.
