Based upon feedback from the 4SJH team yesterday during initial Staff Alert training, the request was made to create unique groups who can receive specific notifications vs. a user who is designated to receive notifications then receives all notifications regardless of department.
Per Steve, we should consider feature flagging this enhancement since the current alerting feature satisfies 97% of the use cases
